Analyzed the factors and activities, which affect the progress and timely completion of construction projects, and developed schedules using Primavera software. Developed cost estimates for entire construction projects at all levels of design and continued with change orders during construction. These estimates are prepared, checked and presented by qualified estimators to MDAD directors, airlines and other stakeholders. Recommended text to be included in the Contract Documents relating to schedules, payments and claims. Prepared and presented reports, diagrams, sketches, illustrations, spreadsheets. Attended meetings between parties related to the construction projects for change order negotiations or other related services. Prepared and presented material to claims arising from the design and construction of projects.
